We accept returns and exchanges. If you changed your mind about a purchase, you can send the items back to us in exchange for a refund.
Outlined below is our returns policy.
- You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return an item to us.
- Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds on earrings.
- If the returned item (including its packaging) is not returned in its original condition, your return will be refused and sent back to you.
- Please include a note inside the parcel with your name or order number and the reason for returning.
- We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.
- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by you received your order, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
RETURNING GOODS BOUGHT AS SPECIAL OFFERS
For combination purchases ("buy one, get one free" or "get the lowest priced item free"), you must return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a refund.
Our spend/buy and save codes require you to either buy a specific amount of items or spend a specific amount for the discount to apply. If you place an order using a spend/buy and save code and then return an item that makes your order no longer meet the conditions of the promo code, the amount you're refunded may be adjusted or no refund will be given.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and will exclude shipping charge.
- We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been processed and the funds will take 5-10 working days to reach your account.
- Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed from the day we receive your return.
- For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
