Return Policy
- Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unworn and in original packaging.
- Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Jewellery with personalised names cannot be returned, unless faulty, as it has been made especially for you.
- We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
- For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
- Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed from the day we receive your return.
Returning goods bought as special offers
- For combination purchases ("buy one, get one free" or "get the lowest priced item free"), customers need to return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a full refund.
How to return:
- Please contact us to register your return.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.
