All of our jewellery pieces with a Sterling Silver base are covered by our standard 30-day warranty, which includes protection against manufacturing defects. Due to the need for extra care to prevent damage, we are unable to extend the warranty beyond this period.

Please note that the warranty is void if any damage is incurred by the customer, including any damage caused by perfumes, bleaching, heat exposure and general wear and tear. Missing stones are classed as a manufacturing defect within a 30 day period. Beyond this period they are classed as general wear and tear and we are unable to offer replacements as they could have been caused by factors beyond our control. 

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from, in the opinion of MUCHV Jewellery, improper handling, lack of care, accidents, inappropriate use, modification, attempted repair, negligence, failure to follow the advice provided in your care card, normal wear and tear or aging.

Lost items cannot be replaced or refunded.
